Replacing the U-Joint, Exhaust, & Shift Cable Bellows & Shift Cable -- Mercruiser Alpha One Gen 2

In this video I install brand new OEM u-joint bellows, exhaust bellows, shifter cable, shifter cable bellows, and trim senders. This was completed off the boat but the process would be the same if the transom assembly was still attached to the boat. This is tedious and messy but if you have great determination you will see the job through. I hope this "how to" video helps you out.
