I will show you how to pluck and clean the bird and how to spit roast the wild turkey over the fire using primitive technology or bushcraft. We will only use materials from the forest to cook the wild turkey. The spit roasted turkey will cook for the whole day over the fire to ensure it doesn't lose any moisture and turn dry.
