Today, I am going to take you through a 20 minute circuit style workout on the rebounder or in other words a mini trampoline workout. This is a great workout for beginners, but is also perfect for anyone who is advanced at rebounding. This workout will not be as intense as some of my other HIIT workouts.

There are 4 circuits and each circuit is 4 minutes long with a 1 minute active recovery between circuits. The 20 minutes go by so fast, it's fun.

This is an introduction to the rebounder and more of a beginners workout, but I promise you will still feel it. Join me as I talk to you about some of the benefits a rebounder has to offer.

NASA has done some research regarding the rebounder and they found that just 10 minutes of jumping on a trampoline is equivalent to about 30 minutes of running. WOW!

The rebounder has so many benefits, including supporting your lymphatic system which involves flushing out toxins, helps prevent osteoporosis, pumps up bone density, boosts your mood, better posture, body alignment, strong core, etc. Seriously, the list goes on an on.

I love to call this workout the HAPPY cardio.

You can purchase a mini trampoline for less than $50. Such an inexpensive piece of cardio equipment and takes up very little space.

This is a simple feel good workout. If you are in a slump click play and you won't regret it. I promise you will feel better.
