Exploring Capital City of Greek Blue Zone of Ikaria Island | Agios Kirykos

Agios Kyrikos is the capital city of Ikaria island in Greece. In this video, we take you on a walking journey from Therma to Agios Kirykos. On the way, we discuss an interesting story we heard from one of the foreigners living in Ikaria. It greatly reflects on the lifestyle Ikarians lead and maybe why Ikaria is known as a longevity blue zone where people "forget to die".
