In this video we will looking at one of the motivational strategy for leadership. We are going to look at Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs. I have made video in the marketing section however that video explains the model in another perspective.

Dividing straight on to the video, Abraham Maslow proposed that motivation is the result of a persons attempt at fulfilling five basic needs:
