This is a nice quick video very specific to transferring in and out of a shower chair that is inside of a tub and even more specifically when the shower chair does not extend over the tub wall.

There are some shower chairs that extend over the tub wall, but some people don't have this (such as myself) for many reasons.

I do not recommend the current shower chair shown in this video and I am not endorsing it or anything like that, it's simply the one I have, it works, but I personally don't like it.
