This guy turned an entire frozen lake into his personal gym.

He wanted to train chest outdoors, but there were no real weights around. So instead of giving up, he grabbed an axe and started cutting thick, perfectly round slabs of ice straight from the lake.

Then he drilled holes through the center of each slab and slid them onto a barbell like real plates.

At first, it felt too easy. So he cut more ice. And more.

Still not heavy enough.

That’s when he went all in — stacking so many frozen plates on each side that he had to secure them with safety clips to stop them from sliding off.

Lying back directly on the ice, he started bench pressing what looked like over 100 kilos — made entirely from frozen lake water.

No gym. No metal plates. Just pure creativity and ice-cold determination.
