Sausage can be tricky to make. Store bought sausage can be made with some questionable cuts of meat. When you make your own sausage, you know what you are putting in it and can control the makeup of the sausage.

I am a huge fan of Polish Sausage. I may be biased but just the simplicity of the flavors and ingredients makes it my favorite sausage out there by far.
