Thai Yoga Massage Course Nuad Bo-Rarn is a beginner Course 30 hours that establishes the foundation of a professional Thai massage or Nuad Bo-Rarn practice. Also, it is based on the Northern Style. The concept of meridians, energy lines or Sen, Yin, and Yang are all introduced as well. This course is for beginners as well as massage therapists. It is a great addition to a professional career.

Thai Yoga Massage Course procedure
This course covers practical aspects such as stretches, acupressure points, proper use of body weight, and techniques. Also, the emphasis is placed on deep-focused abdominal Hara work. We introduce a Wai Khru ceremony and Introduction to Nuad Bo-Rarn Thai Massage. Also, warming up the body with Foot Massage. Work on the Sen Energy lines. Leg Massage and stretching techniques. Abdomen Hara and chest massage. Arms, hands, shoulder, neck, head, and face massage. Also, students will learn how to use palms, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet. Above all, contraindications, ethics, Thai Massage methods.

Practice and demonstration each day of the 4 or 5-day course. Upon completion students will be able to perform an effective up to 1 1/2 hours Thai Massage. In addition, the Traditional Thai Yoga Massage course ends with an examination.
