At NOVA Construction Services, restoring New York City’s architectural legacy isn’t just our job - it’s our responsibility. One of our recent restoration efforts brought us to 829 Park Avenue, also known as The Raleigh - a historic residential building completed in 1909.

While it may not scream for attention, its light-colored façade and classical detailing hold quiet elegance - and over a century of city history.
Our team was proud to carry out a range of façade repairs to help preserve and protect this Upper East Side landmark for future generations.
