First I will say both sides of the conversation to demonstrate. You can repeat after me or just listen.

Second, I will say the white half of the conversation (left side of screen), and pause for you to respond with the purple half.

Third, you will say the white half and I will say the purple half.

Is that your sister?
Yes! She lives in Louisiana.

Phone Call:

Elementary school, how can I help you?
Hello, I need to enroll my son. We just moved here.
Welcome! What is your address?
It’s 9843 Elm Street.
Thanks. How old is he?
He’s 9 years old.

Shopping:

Excuse me, can you help me?
Of course!
Can you recommend something for my wife?
Ok. What is she like?
Great! Maybe she’d like a sports watch?
She is athletic and likes to exercise.


Sentence Practice
