With the war in Ukraine dragging on and people there being slaughtered by the constant Russian onslaught, many people are worried today. Add to that Vladimyr Putin’s threat of using nuclear weapons and it seems that World War III may be on the horizon.
People are asking, “Is this the beginning of the end?” and for sure, w hat Jesus predicted is happening today: “Men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of heaven will be shaken” (Luke 21:26.)
In this message which he has entitled, “The end of all things is near”, Pastor Henry continues his series in the Book of 1 Peter, looking at1 Peter 4:7: “The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray.”
His hope for this message is that each person viewing it will indeed be clear minded and have self-control, so that they too can pray. Because in this hour, prayer is our greatest need.
