This is the lazy founder’s method for forecasting cash without spreadsheets or stress:
1️⃣ Pick a 12-week window
2️⃣ List expected income (sales, invoices, funding)
3️⃣ List weekly expenses (team, rent, tools, ads)
4️⃣ Subtract → See your net cash position
🟢 Positive? You’re good
🔴 Negative? Time to act
You don’t need formulas. You need visibility.
Use Notion, Float, or even pen + paper.
Cashflow is NOT about perfection — it’s about avoiding nasty surprises.
