The Wayward Sailors Ep 11: Sleep deprivation (all night work benders)

If you're thinking about buying a steel yacht - watch this first! Over 300 hours of work went into this 16 minute episode. We completely sandblast and paint Cape Petrel's aft cabin, port and starboard side diesel tanks and engine bay in 4 massive 30 plus hour sessions. Working through the day, night and day again things can get weird but it's all good as long as the moral stays high. Some odd 3 AM chats were had. We probably saved tens of thousands of dollars by doing this ourselves but this work is not for the faint hearted. We took things to a whole new level in this part of the rebuild and were all glad to see the end of this part of the refit! And boy-o-boy did those bloody mary's taste good when we finished!
