How to replace the skewer assembly on the Concept2 Model B Rower

I made this video showing how to replace the skewer assembly inside the Concept2 Model B rower because I'm a new owner and even with the manual I wasn't sure how to do it. I called their customer service line (they were great) and read A Lot of their website but I couldn't find a diagram showing the "getting into the guts of it" steps of this process, and since I couldn't find any videos on YouTube showing it either, I decided to make one.

This is the first video I've made like this, and the first one I've made in years that needed to be edited -- it looks like an amateur production because it is.

Also, if you've read this far I feel like it's ok if I give you one more paragraph: Concept2 seems like a pretty great company. This rower hasn't been made since 1993, and they still stock all the parts. They mailed me the troubleshooting manual with my parts and I got everything I ordered in less than a week. I called their customer service line and the person I talked to was kind and knowledgeable. Their hold music was even good. I got lucky that I could both find and afford a Concept2 rower, and I was shooting for an ancient one because of my budget. Based on my experience of having it about 2 weeks, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Even though this is an older model, it feels sturdy, I love using it, and it has been a great addition to my workouts.
