Volunteers with the Global Sumud Flotilla are loading provisions and aid onto their ships at Bizerte Port in Tunisia, ahead of their planned departure this afternoon.

The participants are set to continue their journey to Gaza despite two Israeli attacks on their vessels earlier this week, on Monday and Tuesday night.

The Global Sumud Flotilla is an international civilian movement seeking to peacefully deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza and break the Israeli siege on the war-torn enclave by sailing through international waters.
