2024 Ontario Living Wage Updates by Region: A Closer Look


The Ontario Living Wage Network has announced the updated 2024 living wage rates for all major regions across the province, highlighting the gap between the living wage and Ontario’s minimum wage. Other regions also saw notable increases, with the Southwest region experiencing the most significant jump of 6.4%, from $18.65 in 2023 to $19.85 in 2024.
