How to achieve maximum yield of Kianat Rice 1121 || Crop Reformer

Kainat / PS-2 is a widely grown variety. It is Long Kernal fine variety but lacks Aroma. Even then, this variety is grown on large scale in all parts of Punjab. Fertilizer management is very crucial for its successful production. Balanced use of fertilizers in rice crop plays an important role in rice production technology. We have highlighted important cultural tips of this variety in this video.
Fertilizer Application Schedule is as under:
100 kg sarsbz NP + 25kg SOP at 10 days after transplanting
25kg Urea + Zinc Sulphate at 20 days after transplanting
Application of 1st dose of Granular at 45-50 days
Application of 2nd dose of 6kg Virtako Granular at 75 days
12.5kg soluble SOP + 1kg Boron at 70 days at ‘Gobh’ stage
Twice Spray of Nativo at ‘‘Moonjar’’ stage
