In this video, we showcase our volumetric dispensing valve, designed for precise dosing of drops across various materials and volumes. This is the perfect solution for applications requiring accurate, repeatable, fast, and clean dispensing.

The dispensed volume is determined by manually adjusting the stroke of the dosing needle directly on the valve. The dispenser is operated via a 5-way, 2-position pneumatic valve. The valve outlet is designed for a Luer-Lock needle connection, allowing the use of needles with diameters suited to the required volume. Additionally, needles are available in different lengths to reach hard-to-access areas.

Applicable across multiple industries such as automotive, food, and pharmaceuticals, among many others, this solution not only optimizes the production process but also reduces material waste, increasing overall production efficiency.

In this video, a synthetic grease with an NLGI-2 consistency has been used, but the valve is capable of dispensing a wide range of fluids, including adhesives, glues, gels, silicones, sealants, putties, paints, inks, and many more.
