Brazil is one of the countries with the greatest potential to innovate in energy solutions that combine social justice, community leadership, and integrated approaches to climate challenges. This panel invites leaders who are exploring how this potential can shape a fair energy transition. Together, we will reflect on the skills, collaborations, and mindsets that can help make the transition inclusive and accessible for all.

Our panel brings diverse voices from across sectors and communities: PALMA SOLAR (Ceará), the country’s first community solar power plant, a symbol of local autonomy and cooperation; SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, a global business committed to advancing sustainable and inclusive energy solutions; REVOLUSOLAR (Rio de Janeiro), working to combat energy poverty through solar communities; and the MINISTRY OF DEVELOPMENT, INDUSTRY AND FOREIGN TRADE, promoting a green economy through innovative public policies.

Youth will also have an active voice, with a representative from the YOUTH ALLIANCE FOR ENERGY GOVERNANCE sharing perspectives on inclusive energy governance and the role of Latin American youth in shaping the sector.

Moderated by ASHOKA, this conversation aims to spark cross-sector and intergenerational dialogue on how we can collectively advance universal access to energy through a just transition.
