Samoa PM and Justice CEO confirmed, 'there is NO Communal rights in the Constitution Law of Samoa.
Prime Minister Fiame Dr Naomi MATA'AFA FAUMUINA and Justice CEO has been confirmed: there are no 'communal rights' in the Constitution of Samoa or even any law of Samoa, that emphasis a communal right: nothing at all.
The argument brought forward by the Opposition Leader Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi and his HRPR party members' criticism, that the current government is progressing to wipe out the communal rights from the Constitution.
Therefore, confrontations started within the parliament session until the media outlets, suggesting changes will be made mandatory: if the new amendment bill will be passed with two third votes.
Misleading the people is an offense against the law.
Luckily, the Fast Party members hosted the Government of Samoa are precisely cleared that previously government candidates are in hot campaign for the next General Elections 2026.
