This is the opening allegro section from a Telemann keyboard fantasia, which I learned from John Goodin's adaptation for mandolin and octave mandolin or guitar. John's adaptation was marked "Allegro from Fantasia no. 1, Dozzina 1" without identifying the TWV number or original instrumentation, but I have identified it as TWV 33:1 for solo harpsichord. These 36 solo pieces were published in three sets of twelve, hence "Dozzina 1" being the first dozen. I have played it on mandolin with overdubbed bouzouki taking the bass line -- the resulting tonality is pleasingly harpsichord-like.

The score is at IMSLP, and basically identical to John's transcriptions except the bass part is in bass clef rather than John's octave treble clef:
