Orlando's housing market is going through a rapid shift in 2024, with surging homes for sale and price cuts. Suggesting that the housing market in Orlando, Florida has hit a downturn.

Could home prices drop in Orlando in 2024? Well - many realtors, home builders (Lennar, Pulte), and investors don't want to see that happen. However, it just might due to how overvalued home prices across Orlando's Housing Market are (including cities like Kissimmee, Winter Park, and Celebration).

These overvalued home prices were sustained by low inventory levels during the pandemic. But now that inventory is surging, we could see home prices drop. Not just in Orlando but in many real estate markets across Florida.
