Ingredients:
*For Bonda:
1.boil and mash mash raw banana - 4
2.cilantro - 1/4 cup
3.salt to taste
4.lime juice - 1/2 lemon
5.powder sugar - 1/2 tbsp
6.red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
7.ginger paste - 1 tbsp
8.coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
9.green chilli paste - 1 tbsp

*For Tempering:
1.oil - 1 tbsp
2.mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
3.asafoetida - 1/4 tbsp
4.turmeric - 1/4 tbsp
5.curry leaves - 1 tbsp

*For Batter:
1.gram flour - 1 cup
2.salt to taste
3.water as required
4.pinch of baking soda

Recipe:
-firstly pressure cook raw banana for 4 whistle.
-after that allow to cool then remove the skin of banana and mash it well.
-add red chiili powder, green chilli patse, ginger paste, salt, lime juice and powder sugar in it.
-also add coriander powder and cilantro.
-now prepare the tempering.
-heat oil in small pan.
-add mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric and curry leaves in it.
-when it crackel turn off the flame.
-this tempering add in raw banana mixture.
-mix well all the ingredients.
-make a round bonda(vada).
-now prepare the batter.
-take gram flour in bowl.
-add salt, water and baking soda in it.
-whisk well and make thick batter.
-now deep the all bonda in this batter.
-and deep fry the all bonda in hot oil.
-fry on low medium flame.
-fry till the bonda turns golden and crisp.
-finally, raw banana bonda is ready to eat.
-serve with chutney or sauce.
