Another personal favorite.
Note the jumps in the track are also in-game and cannot be removed.
Here is food for thought though...
Most of the tracks jump at a certain point because (I'm assuming) the song ends shortly after that jump. Do you think it was better that they did this? Or would the better option be to end the song and give it a second or two to restart? (like in the original spyro series)
