Potato Box Harvest | We Try "Grow 100 lbs of Potatoes in 4 Sq Ft" | Does It Work? | Potato Tower

For our first attempt at growing potatoes we followed a concept we saw all over the internet: grow 100 lbs of potatoes in a 4 square foot box. Not knowing anything about how to grow root crops, this sounded great to us.

It wasn't until well until our growing experiment that we found articles disputing this claim. We began doing more research and found videos of others trying this and not having the best results. So we opened up our box to see what was in store for us!
