Handbrake Adjustment - Nissan Micra K12

Описание к видео Handbrake Adjustment - Nissan Micra K12

How to adjust the handbrake (parking brake) on a 2003 to 2010 Nissan Micra k12. This adjustment is just for the handbrake lever as the cables can stretch over time. However, if your handbrake rises too high, don’t assume that the issue is caused by the cables stretching. There could be other issues causing the excessive lever travel, such as a broken anchor point or, more likely, a problem with the brake shoe self-adjusting mechanism. Always check the rear brakes first before adjusting the handbrake cable. If you’re in any doubt, take the car to to a qualified mechanic or Nissan specialist. Thanks for watching.
