Makkaley, visited Virudhunagar Chettinadu Restaurant to try various chettinadu dishes but got to know they have chinese and other special dishes too. They have plenty of starters, we started with mutton bone soup and in starters Fish Combo is a combination of Snakehead Murrel, Lady Fish, Sea Bass and Red Snapper. Honey Fish and Thai Grilled Fish is a must try in starter varieties. Black Pepper Chicken & Sizzler Tandoori were best in Chicken Starters. Before going to Indian varieties we had Nasi Goreng which will be made with rice topped with fried onions and egg, Mee Goreng which will be made with noodles & American Chopsy which was saucy and topped with half boiled egg, all the 3 dishes were amazing with unique taste.
In South Indian varieties starting with Mutton Brain, Mutton Liver and Nattukozhi Fry in a chettinadu style was good. Virudhunagar famous oil fried parotta with chettinadu gravy and paya is a must try here. Also tried Chicken Biryani, Mutton Biryani, Chicken Kothu Parotta and Chicken Kothu Idli.
I totally loved the taste here, though it is bit expensive but worth for the taste.
