In this video I will explain how to kill all three of the bug sisters/daughters.
The main focus is to get the air temperature to below 50 degrees- then they become vulnerable.

Second Sister Location - After you Spy on Lady Dimitrescu, get thrown through the floor, and get your hand chopped off, you should have the Dimitrescu key. Take the Key with you to the Second Floor (2F) and head south to the Dimitrescu door. Use the key on the door and you're good to go. Also feel free to use pipe bombs to blow up the wall.

Third Sister Location - After escaping Lady Dimitrescu and stealing her key, go towards the opera hall to the north of the courtyard. Head up the stairs in the small room before the opera hall and enter the library.
