What would happen to your pets if you passed away today? Do you have a written plan that would protect them and ensure their safety?
Most people believe that their family members or friends will take their pets, but our experience shows again and again that it's just not happening in real life. I know this is an uncomfortable conversation with your family and friends, but it's an important one because the future of your pets depends on it.

Some people are worried about the cost of creating a Will or a Living Trust, so we took that component out by partnering with FreeWill, and you can now write your own Will or Living Trust FOR FREE here: https://plannedgiving.hopeforpaws.org (it will only take 15-20 minutes for you to have a legally valid document filled, printed and signed).

As you go through the process, a special section will be available for your pets. A plan for their future with their new caretaker. This will include instructions on everything they would need to know - from their vet, medical condition, and everything else they should know.

Some people are worried about not having a friend or a family member who would be able to take in their pets, and we're here to help with that too. If you need our assistance, please let me know, and I will personally call you and help you with that - no matter in what state you're in. There is no cost involved in any of these things - I just don't want your pets to find themselves in a terrible situation where they end up living on the streets or placed at the scary animal shelter.

Luckily for the Seven Dwarfs, Margaret knew to call Hope For Paws for help, and we were able to assist, get them back to Los Angeles, and soon into loving forever homes.
