Why Time and Empathy Are Necessary to Understand the Human Soul ⏳💞

In this presentation, Dr. Wallenfang, OCDS considers the mystery of the human soul in relation to the lived experiences of time and empathy. Through the doctrines of Aristotelian hylomorphism and Catholic magisterial teaching based on sound reason and divine revelation, we are reintroduced to the meaning and substance of our being. The philosophical methods of classical metaphysics and contemporary phenomenology are brought together to grant access to the saturating mystery of being human.
