Job Description


1. Expert python technical architect (8+ years experience) with extensive experience in web frameworks (e.g. Django - Mandatory, Flask, Requests, Turbogears etc.)
2. Ability to review, design and develop python framework that can be used to support Pricing models. Few elements to consider
a. Common Framework Components (DB connections mgmt., Error/Exception handling, Operational Execution Logging, Execution Monitoring, input validations etc.)
b. API development, management, and deployment with windows platform (IIS)
c. UI development, management, and deployment with windows platform
3. Ability to advise on automated packaging and deployment approaches (via TFS)
4. Ability to advise on the best tools to develop and manage the Python work
5. Hands on experience in optimizing performance for python API’s
6. Ability to engage with client technical and business teams and document the following
a. Agreed Python Framework Design
b. Code Management Process
c. Environment Management Process
d. Code Deployment Process
7. Ability to design and develop database to store and manage Pricing Model input, output and business reference data)
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
9. Good problem solving and influencing skills
