Epic Motorbike Road Trip from Kigali to Nairobi: Part 1 - Kigali to Mbarara, Uganda

Welcome back to my thrilling motorbike road trip adventure from Kigali to Nairobi! In this first part, I embarked on a journey of 241 kilometers, crossing the border into Uganda. The ride was incredibly smooth, but not without its share of unexpected challenges.

The border crossing experience was surprisingly hassle-free, and I was excited to explore the beautiful roads and the warm hospitality of Uganda. However, just when I thought things couldn't get any more exciting, Mother Nature had a different plan. Massive rain showers poured down, soaking me to the bone and adding a unique twist to my adventure!

Despite the rain, the scenic roads of Uganda continued to amaze me with their breathtaking beauty. Riding through picturesque landscapes and engaging with the friendly local people made the entire experience unforgettable.

As the day came to a close, I decided to rest in the vibrant city of Mbarara, gearing up for the next leg of my journey.
