  📍 Alright, . My name is Justin Clinton. I'm with Murray Company. Just basically taking on a new position for advancing technology and utilizing Stratus throughout the company as a whole.

Before Stratus workflow, I think for our company we were really paper-based. And knowing that the industry is really changing and really moving towards digital workflow, we needed to find a solution for that. So bringing Stratus in was, an eye opener for us that we were a broken system, still using paper and still utilizing an old way, but we had to change and become more of a digital platform.

And with that, we're able to get more data and more information to really drive how we run our fab shops in the field

implementing Stratus, we've seen a really huge impact inside of our detailing department. We break our spools out, utilizing a CAD support system. So we went from, say we're doing 80 spools to one guy, we can now get up to two to three hundred spools a day by guy, utilizing the Stratus workflow. Automating the continuations, renumbering, being automated, all that stuff really helped us.

And then in turn with that we're able to send the information to the Fab Shop a lot faster and way more efficiently. We would take maybe 20 minutes a package to basically make a Tigerstop file. Now we can do a whole floor in about five minutes. So the efficiency factor for that has made a huge impact just on that duration to get the Fab Shop up and going.

I think it helps Our fab shop has really increased. We're really trying to push the digital workflow in our fab shop. And now we've had guys, we have touch screens, and every Tigerstop is hooked up with Stratus. Not only are we able to save time, Getting the information there, but we're saving the time in the fab shop.

People used to track how many linear feet they're doing a day and it would take one guy probably 20 minutes a day just to compile all the information from all the other employees. And now we have a power BI interface that does it for them. So now those guys can keep working and not worry about documentation so much.
