How to control Spinola bug in Moong beans crop?
In this, I will try to explain how Spinola bug attacks on mung crop and what are it's damages or losses in mung beans and how can we control or manage it in our mung fields.
It is a sucking pest which suck saps from pods of mung. it weakens the pods and by sucking sap from mung pod grains, shrinkens them. Pods and grains shrinks. Pods show thin and curling symptoms.
Spinola bug can be controlled by following chemicals;
1) Lamda cyhalothrin @ 250 ml per acre
2) Imidacloprid @ 250 ml per acre
3) Chlothinadin @ 200 ml per acre
4) Gamma cyhalothrin @ 100 ml per acre
