Sky News host Paul Murray says the four-week lockdown extension to be announced for Greater Sydney will be “difficult” but it will provide a time for “potential solutions”.

“The data five weeks into the lockdown, with a promise of four more to come, has told us something consistently,” he said.

“We have introduce a traffic light style system, where there are certain local government areas that end up being declared green, others orange, and some red.”
