Unfortunately, there were no doom mods that I could find with unsuppressed 9x39 that I could use and using Roblox was not an option either as that would be a lag fest. What you are hearing here is instead be using the Russian Arsenal Mod for Doom 2 (You can find it on Moddb) and using the AK74. Close enough I suppose
