MY 2021 GOALS & INTENTIONS FOR A HAPPY MIND

Oh boy, well I guess 2021 is here 😅 We made it guys and we got a new year ahead! Honestly the past years my new year resolutions were always too strict and intense and I was never able to actually stick with them and stay consistent. This year I just wanted to be easier on myself and put out some intentions and goals that are more simple and attainable. I want to read more, exercise in a healthier way, spend less time on my phone (obviously), and many others.
