Cook Until 1 String Consistency
Keep Aside
1 Tbsp Ghee
½ Cup Gram Flour/Besan
Keep Stirring
Roast For 2-3 Min.
1 Cup Suji/ Semolina
Keep Stirring
Roast For 5 Min.
2 Tbsp Malai/Milk Cream
1 Tbsp Ghee
Mix Well
Add Sugar Syrup
Keep Stirring
½ Tsp Cardamom Powder
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
Grease Oil In 6 Inch Plate
Pour
Spread Well
Almond , Cashew Nut, Pistachio
Keep Aside For 1 Hour
