While a District of Columbia Fire & EMS Unit ... or simply an Ambulance from Washington D.C. Fire Department is completly stuck in backed up traffic at the Columbia Heights shopping complex.
In the mean time Ambulance 9 from the Washington FD leaves the scene of a previous emergency at the metro station.
Later on it turns out the other ambulance has reached the scene and didn't need to reach the intersection. Still took way too long to cover maybe 600 ft distance ...
