The rotation is simple, skip a2 on PK on his 2nd turn and use a2 on his 3rd turn right before the stun.
For Spirit affinity, wait to use PK's a2 till before the 2nd Stun.

The rotation is simple, skip a3 on PK's first attack, use it on his 2nd attack. skip a2 on PK on his 1st, 2nd and 3rd attacks and use a2 on his 4th attack right before the stun. Skip a3 on ME on 1st and 2nd turn and use his a3 on his 3rd attack, right before the second aoe. It is recommended you manual first 2-3 cycles of the CB to ensure you stay in sync.
