SPOD Tutorials- How to fix issues with a customer order by creating a manual one

Arnar is back to help you with creating manual orders. From time to time customer orders can have issues, in this case a dark design being placed on a dark product which will not print well.

In order to resolve such a problem you as a seller have to contact your customer directly about changing, in this example the colour of the product. Furthermore making sure you cancel the original order as long as it has not moved to the production phase. Once this is complete you can head to your stand alone SPOD account and start creating your manual order for your customer, pop in all the relevant details and your'e go to go, another happy customer! 💜
