To treat my tension headache, I did a cupping myself. Usually I self treat myself with cupping or acupuncture or exercises. If you have a cupping set, just attach this tube which is usually in the set and do yourself. OR you can ask your family to do it on you with the pump gun. If you do on the neck and shoulder like this video, it should release the tension a lot. Also you could try when you have a neck pain or shoulder pain. Good luck!

I am working as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2012. Before coming to Canada, I was an orthopaedic Doctor in Ukraine, and worked at hospitals and sport injury clinics was treating the patients and developing injury prevention programs.
To make my treatments versatile, I acquired the certified acupuncture and cupping practitioner, and became a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer.

My treatment is customised for each patient, and is a unique combination of Eastern and Western medicine.
I perform :General Swedish Massage, Trigger point Therapy, Myofascial Techniques, Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Massage, Strengths and Stretching, Joint mobilization technique, Relaxation massage, Fujii-Seitai therapy; a Japanese massage, TMJ massage, acupuncture and cupping.

Some people come to me when the conventional medicines such as surgeries and medications and their therapists cannot help. I am always up to such challenging cases. I've been passionate about HEALTH all my life.
