After doing a few bigger builds in a row I felt like building a smaller settlement. Just got this built all last night so I'm still working out the details of what exactly I want to do here, but the thought is a scavengers' sales hut, supply, and workshop base that will run cover for a Rail Road outpost, much like my Croup Manor build. Maybe 2 npc's at most. That's the thought, we'll see where it ends up, lol.
