Max and Match with weighted bucket squats, matched with ring pulls.
I had to open my big mouth when we started saying that if you go over the 20 reps in your first set, you add weight. I still think this is the right way, as tough as it makes it. The magic is in the maxing. The second magic comes in the matching! 😂 😂 😂

Glad to see you have found my channel. I record my various workouts. I hope to inspire others to get out and do something. I also hold myself accountable to put in my work. If you can do something, do it. You never know what life will bring you.
