✨THE WORKOUT: 25-Minute Full Body Supersets✨

► EQUIPMENT: One Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbell. I'm using 15-20 lb dumbbells. Option to add a step or box as well.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 3 Full Body Supersets, (2 moves per circuit, one dumbbell strength exercise and one power move)
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for the strength exercise and 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for the cardio/power exercise)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ SUPERSET ONE: LEGS
1. Strength: Deadlift + Clean Squat
2. Power: Lunge Jumps

2️⃣ SUPERSET TWO: ARMS
1. Strength: Stack on Curl + Press + Triceps
2. Power: Push Up + Burpee + Row

3️⃣ SUPERSET THREE: CORE
1. Strength: Alternating Legs Up + Over
2. Power: Seated Woodchop Crunch
