The Railex Sys 635 Pin Down conveyor is used to move individual GOH – Garments On Hangers through a processing plant. In this video the conveyor is being used in a Dry Cleaning plant with a mezzanine. The conveyor is loaded with individual garments as it moves through the pressing area on the ground floor. The conveyor then brings the garments up onto the mezzanine and dispatches the garments off the conveyor at the order assembly conveyor. The empty conveyor then travels over to the automatic bagging machine. Here the conveyor is re-loaded, but this time with assembled and bagged orders Railex designed and built the system of sensors, counters, timers, and pneumatic controls to automatically load the bagged orders onto the Railex conveyor. The bagged orders are then transported off the mezzanine and back down to the ground floor where they are dispatched onto the shipping dock.
