Lori Miller grew up in rural Kansas, discovering a love of creature design when she first watched E.T as a child.

Starting out as a motion graphics artist on Avatar, Lori has dedicated much of her career to the world of Pandora. Since joining Wētā FX in 2015, Lori has achieved her goal of working on creatures and was recently a Sequence VFX Supervisor on Avatar: Fire and Ash, leading one of eight teams.
