This week's video is a two-fer: a recipe and a vegan tag video :) Thanks to theflexivegan for nominating me! For the recipe, we are making a creamy, healthy hemp seed dip that's loaded with dill and is super versatile, mmm mmm. Recipe below.

1 cup hemp hearts (aka: hulled hemp seeds)
1/2 cup plant based milk (I used my homemade oat milk) 
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2-3 Tablespoons lemon juice (I used all 3 Tablespoons)
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup fresh (or frozen) dill 

Add all ingredients to a blender/Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy. Do a taste test and adjust the flavours according to your preferences. You can add some water to make it a but runnier for a dressing. Top potatoes, serve as a dip with veggies, heat it up with pasta, do as you please!
