vPub Live - Rainy Day & Special Occasion Bottles - will we ever open them?

Most of my bottles are open, my content and whisky habits demand that things don’t stay sealed for very long. But I do have some that are squirrelled away, you know, for rainy days, or that ‘special occasion’; the one that never comes around.
I know I’m not alone in this, in fact, many of you are experts at keeping things sealed. Well, I doff my cap to you. I’m rubbish at it.
However, a recent tasting I hosted sparked such joy in me being able to share some gems I’d been stashing, that I’m motivated to roll it out to the vPub.
This isn’t intended to apply pressure, it’s not a bullying session; but don’t you think that sometimes the rainy day never comes? The special occasion happens but the bottle is forgotten? The person you’d like to share it with arrives but they’ve brought something else, maybe? Sometimes, they just get left to wait.
I think it’s sometimes a bit of a shame, it’s whisky; a mortal pleasure - we can’t take it with us. So, this week I’ve picked out a range of bottles that I’m pretty excited to open after they’ve been languishing a bit too long. I’ll poll you all live and you can decide which bottles finally get popped.
